Remote Viewing – A Beginners Guide

However, you do need a quiet area with no disruptions. Completely relax your body and then start to visualize another room in the house or an area close to you. Focus on various setting from your past and then go back a few more years to feel as though you are actually there at this time.

You can begin using remote viewing to travel into the future, after you feel comfortable doing so. You may start by viewing yourself as content and happy in the future and then even further into the future. You can achieve the ability of remote viewing by actively practicing your ability.

Many scientists believe that at one time all humans had the power to view remotely, but they have gradually lost this power over a long period of time. Success at remote viewing is all to do with communicating with your subconscious mind to get it to allow you to access this dormant power.
