In this video “handstand tutorial” Esther teaches you how to practice doing handstand against a wall. Arms straight and strong, upper arms rotated out. Bring your shoulders over wrists, step in under your belly, leg that you lift really strong, extending out through it lifting inner thigh, belly pulled in and up, looking down between hands, than just bend the knee of the standing leg and hop, keeping all the previous actions.
