Of course, there are other factors that cause more free radicals as well. But, when these free radicals take over the body, they produce life-threatening conditions and illnesses.

Antiaging is a commitment. That means that you will have to make some necessary changes in your lifestyle. For one thing, an exercise regime must be implemented and followed at minimum of three times a week. It will help to improve your health and diminish her chances of becoming ill or developing some chronic diseases. Not only will you be more fit, you can also maintain your weight by exercising as well.

With regards to your diet, you may have to make some very serious changes to your entire menu. This is essential if you eat a lot of takeout or processed foods.
