Can You Really Lose Weight with Wu Yi Tea?

How can a few mugs of wu yi tea help you lose weight easily, effortlessly? Sounds ludicrous! I am the last person who would believe this to be true, but I was proven wrong! Here is what happened.

Just a bit about me, first. I like to work out. I like to stay in decent shape and at an ideal body weight. I am not perfect. I like to indulge on occasion and if life gets too hectic, I usually do not make time for exercise. Consequently, I gain some weight now and again and then have to burn it back off. The holiday season is one of those times.

Two weeks into January and I am no longer wearing my skinny jeans. I am in my “fat clothes” so I feel comfortable. Not this season, though. Keep reading to find out why.

Around the beginning of December, a neighbor gave me a box of wu yi tea. She knew I liked tea and she did not (I think she was re-gifting!). Anyway, I thought it was pretty tasty. It is not as grassy tasting as green tea, but a little better for you than black tea. Nice, mild flavor. I certainly was not drinking it for weight loss because that just seemed silly.

So, I had my couple of mugs a day in between all the shopping, holiday activities, school programs and of course, massive amounts of food, wine and martinis. And working out? Let is just say my treadmill gathered a few inches of dust.

After the craziness of the season was over, I reluctantly went to the scale. I had not noticed my jeans getting tighter, but I hoped my ab exercises in October and November had maybe helped me sort of hold in the fat. Not that it would not be there. Do you have any idea how many calories are in cheesecake? (Oh, and the pecan pie? And the brownies?)

Holy cow! I had lost three pounds! How could I have lost three pounds? I ran to the wu yi tea box and read the label. This particular wu yi tea had wu yi tea extract. I guess wu yi tea does make you lose weight, maybe.

Still not convinced, I did a little test. I stopped using the wu yi tea in my iced tea and went back to just black tea. I did not eat cheesecake (kind of tired of it), nor did I pig out. I ate around the amount of calories one would consume to maintain their current weight. I did not work out.

Sure enough, in a month, I had gained back the three pounds. I can only assume it was the wu yi tea that helped me lose weight. Imagine what it would do if you were eating correctly and working out? This will be the next thing I test. I have started drinking the wu yi tea with wu yi tea extract again. I am eating a healthy diet and back to running on my treadmill. We will see what happens!

Can you really lose weight with wu yi tea? Go there now and discover how to lose those extra pounds with wu yi green tea!
