People say the only way to cure a phobia is to slowly face the fear behind them. Don’t be overwhelmed when you read this. It’s only natural that we’d want to be free of the chains our phobia’s imprisoned us in. You question if it’s possible. Can you cure a phobia? So with that in mind, you take a deep breath, and begin.

3: How it may be affecting your life and the people around you.
4: Reasons behind wanting to remove the phobia from your life.
6: Could my phobia be hurting the people I love physically?
Finally, make sure to give detailed answers for all the questions you had listed, it may be upsetting but if you can find out how it started, then you can begin the healing process by slowly removing the negativity from your life.
From the inside we let fear consume us into believing that there is no other way but what it makes us feel. Enjoying all that life has to offer us, we should work hard to remove the restraints that hold us back. Once the phobias are gone, not only will we be happier and more active, but we’ll be able to do the things the phobia couldn’t allow us to before. Isn’t that what we wanted? To be free of them?
Each time you have to face your fears, don’t hesitate. It’s only a temporary set back, take a deep breath and accept anything that comes your way, remind yourself that nothing can stop you! Not even your phobia’s!
Stay positive. It took me a short time to cure myself of most phobia’s, and easily you will be free of them as well. Accept yourself, it wont be long until you’re free from the prison they keep you tucked away in.
