Many people start to pay attention to their health. They choose to eat foods that are more nutritional to their body. Though many foods are very nutritional, if you mix or match them wrong, you may not get the nutrients to your body as you expected. Also, it can “help” you put on weight and even make you look less pretty.

Tannic acid found in fruits unluckily reduces the nutritional value of the protein in seafood if they are eaten together. A difficult-to-digest substance is formed, which can cause irritation to stomach. In the view of Chinese medication, the poor digestion in stomach can cause pimples on the nose or around the chin. If you do not want pimples there, you better not to eat seafood and fruits together.

There are still many food combinations that are not recommended. You can explorer more for your good healthy. But if you do not have time to do research, the simplest way to do is always remember to have a balanced diet. Eat more vegetables, less meats and drink more water.
