Go to it. Later, go to a coffee shop (decaf) and talk about things with your partner. Later, relax at home, watch tv, read a book, take a long warm bath, go to bed and get some good sleep.

Fifth – Watch your diet. Make it better, at least a little, reduce or drop altogether the anxiety producing drug called caffeine!
